After getting a property under contract, I email Buyer and Seller info to Victory and copy all parties of contract with contact info for the Title Company that will be handling the closing. They take it from there and handle the many details flawlessly. (that gives me time to go out and make more sales) I particularly appreciate the team being punctual, pro active, great communication and never dropping a ball that would cause a property not to close.
