Closings typically take 30-60 minutes depending upon the amount of explanation required during the closing.  We want our customers to be fully aware of what they are signing and will answer any questions and/or concerns at this time.

A valid driver’s license is required at the time of the closing.  If your social security card is required by the lender you will be advised of this prior to closing. 

Any funds required at closing must in the form of a cashier’s check made payable to Victory Title of St. Johns County, LLC.  If wiring is preferred, we will furnish you with wiring instructions.

Buyers will receive original recorded warranty deed and owners policy 30-60 days after closing.
